■ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Chase will accept physical affection from other characters, and will give it too if he thinks he can use it as a tool for manipulation. ■ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Chase loves it. Like, a little too much. He will start fist fights because he likes pushing people's buttons (and because he has a few worrisome masochistic and sadistic tendencies), but he has no actual hand-to-hand combat training and therefore he fights on an average barroom brawl sort of level. He is stronger and more durable than normal humans. Fair warning: if he starts to lose and he feels like he's in actual danger, or if he's just feeling like a sore loser that day, he will cheat and use magic. I'm always up for discussion or compromise. See for list of powers. Would your character die for another character currently in the game? Absolutely not. Would your character kill for another character currently in the game? Sure, for any superior officer/unit lead/whatever who so much as implied it was necessary. Is your character comfortable with and/or willing to mutilate a dead recruit’s body? Why not? He's down for it. ■ RELATIONSHIPS: Yes bring me relationships! Chase is more or less bi and absolutely willing to try anything once, but any character trying to engage with him would have to be able to deal with his level of constant bullshit, and he would not really know how to handle it once went beyond casual hookups, because he's a dumb trash bag. Same for friendships: he will pursue relationships with other characters by being obnoxiously outgoing and persistent, but it will take him awhile to stop trying to use/get things out of them and start forming actual reciprocal bonds. ■ MENTAL INFORMATION: Mostly, telepaths would just notice his intense, crippling addiction to the cocaine-like effects of using magic. ■ MEDICAL INFORMATION: Vertebrate, requires air, has ten fingers and two eyes. Magic acts as an appetite suppressant, and allows him to survive with only a few hours of shut-eye a night, so he can get by on very little food and sleep while remaining in peak condition. ■ FAVORITE SENSORY INPUT: Touch. Chase is obsessed with sensation, and will pursue any way to feel things physically as a method of avoiding deeper thought or confronting his inner demons. ■ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: The idea of losing his ability to use magic is the fastest way to make Chase violently unstable and desperate. ■ REBELLIOUS TENDENCIES: None. Chase makes big heart eyes at the CDC whenever he thinks it's not looking.

■ DREAM MANIPULATION: Able to invade people's dreams and interact with them. He does this by creating small spiders that burrow into a person's ear to get at their brain, instantly inducing vivid, realistic nightmares. Effects of dreams/nightmares may manifest when waking: as an example, Chase caused hundreds of insect bites to appear on a girl dreaming of being bitten by insects. ■ BODILY CONTROL: He can render a person sedate or paralyzed, and invoke a pleasure or pain response from the brain. Requires Chase to be close enough to touch for this to work, and to stay within 100 yards of the victim for the paralysis to remain effective.
